	General Terms and Conditions (Registration) Subscription By subscribing to Bid-AZ.com, LLC you become a "Member" of Bid-AZ.com, LLC ("Bid-AZ.com") and all of its DBA’s. Bid-AZ.com offers services to you, the Member, on the condition that you agree to adhere to the following Terms of Use without modification of any kind. Member’s agreement with Bid-AZ.com, LLC and/or use of Bid-AZ.com, LLC’s services constitutes a member's acceptance to these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use are subject to change by Bid-AZ.com, LLC at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice. Based upon the Member's agreement to adhere to these Terms of Use, Bid-AZ.com, LLC grants and conveys to the Member, during the term of membership, use of its site and the privileges of membership which are detailed below. License Restrictions Member represents and warrants that Member will not transfer, sell, convey, use, resell or sublicense any data, information or services provided by Bid-AZ.com to Member in any medium, form, manner or format whatsoever, for any purpose. This includes, but is not limited, to the following: • Use other than Member's own personal use (i.e. no commercial purpose or use is permitted); • Reproduction, reformatting, publication, distribution or dissemination associated with any service or product provided or made available to any third party; • Marketing or telemarketing uses; • World Wide Web, internet or online uses; • Real estate valuation models, programs or systems; • Inclusion or in combination with any other service or product of any kind; • Extracting, selecting or drawing out any data element for any use; • Real estate appraisal; • Credit evaluation and/or supporting; • Evaluating risk or marketing/sale of insurance products of any kind, including but not limited to: life, health, long-term care, disability, casualty, umbrella, mortgage, title or property; • Debt collection; and/or • Marketing or sale of legal goods and/or services of any kind, including but not limited to bankruptcy or real estate title/lien history. Proprietary Rights Member represents and warrants that the data and information on Bid-AZ.com are proprietary information and property of Bid-AZ.com, its suppliers and/or affiliates, and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade name and other proprietary rights. Member's membership only allows Member to use the data, information, and services subject to the express limitations and restrictions provided for in these Terms of Use. Consequences of Non-Compliance with Terms of Use If at any time Bid-AZ.com believes, at its sole discretion, that the Member has violated any term, condition, restriction, permitted use, or limitation provided in these Terms of Use, Bid-AZ.com may immediately terminate the Member's membership and Member agrees that Member has no remedy for such termination. Nothing stated herein shall limit Bid-AZ.com’s right to pursue all claims and causes of action it may have against Member for violating these Terms of Use. This includes but is not limited to the following: • monetary damages, • injunctive relief, • attorney’s fees, and • court costs Terms of Membership The term of Member’s membership is based upon a term of 30 days and shall automatically renew for indefinite successive renewal terms for the same period as the initial term unless terminated by Member or Bid-AZ.com. However, if the Member accepts a special introductory promotional offer for a membership, then at the conclusion of the specific initial term of the special introductory promotional offer term, the membership shall automatically renew on a month-to-month basis for indefinite successive renewal terms at the then prevailing regular published monthly rate at the time of renewal until terminated in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use. If Member registers for a free trial, the initial term begins at the end of the free trial period, unless the Member cancels within the free trial period. Termination Bid-AZ.com reserves the right to cancel services to any Member at any time. The Member may cancel the Member's subscriptions at any time. All fees due to Bid-AZ.com up to the end of the current term billing cycle at the time of termination shall remain payable to Bid-AZ.com unless otherwise specifically provided to the Member in a related specific promotional offer. The Member may terminate the membership contract by: • Emailing a cancellation request to support@Bid-AZ.com at least five (5) days prior to the desired cancellation date. • Telephoning a cancellation request to 602-773-6597 during business hours of 9am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday. • Faxing a cancellation request to 602-274-2515 at least five (5) days prior to the desired cancellation date. • Mailing a cancellation request at least ten (10) days prior to the desired cancellation date to Bid-AZ.com LLC., 4909 E. McDowell Rd Suite 107 Phoenix, AZ 85008 Termination of a Member’s subscription is at the sole discretion of Bid-AZ.com and can occur at any time again at Bid-AZ.com’s sole discretion. Survival of Terms The License Restrictions and Proprietary Rights described herein survive any termination of this agreement and/or Member's Membership. Member Services Bid-AZ.com allows Members to submit requests for service to independent third-party real estate and other related service providers. Members agree to supply Bid-AZ.com with information about themselves and the property they want to sell or hope to buy. Bid-AZ.com will use this information to provide certain details on an anonymous or non-anonymous basis to third-party affiliates who are, in most cases, members of its network. As Bid-AZ.com uses e-mail and telephone to provide Bid-AZ.com services, all Bid-AZ.com Members hereby consent to receive e-mails and telephone calls from Bid-AZ.com to qualify for and participate in Bid-AZ.com services. Bid-AZ.com Members consent to receive e-mails and telephone calls from third parties as Bid-AZ.com Members’ service requests to and/or through Bid-AZ.com may require services from these third parties. Member affirms that all of the information Member provides to Bid-AZ.com, whether online or otherwise, is accurate and complete. Member also agrees to update Bid-AZ.com with current and accurate information, if at any time the information Member provided to Bid-AZ.com changes. Bid-AZ.com reserves its right to terminate or suspend access to Bid-AZ.com services to any Member whose information Bid-AZ.com believes, at Bid-AZ.com's sole discretion, to be inaccurate or misleading. Bid-AZ.com may refer professional service providers, mortgage lenders or other service providers (collectively, "Service Providers") to Members. The terms of any agreement between a Member and any Service Provider referred by Bid-AZ.com are not endorsed, warranted, guaranteed, recommended or otherwise known to or by Bid-AZ.com. For its services and referrals, Bid-AZ.com may receive payment from Service Providers. Membership with Bid-AZ.com and use of Bid-AZ.com services constitutes Member's acknowledgment of and agreement to this compensatory arrangement. Bid-AZ.com may from time to time offer eligible Members promotional opportunities. Not all Members may be eligible to receive all promotional opportunities. These opportunities are at the sole discretion of Bid-AZ.com.
